CATERING BACKGROUND
Prior to owning On the Hill Café, George Dailey was
the Executive Sous Chef for the prestigious East Meets
West Caterers in Boston, MA. He has developed
menus and planned and executed hundreds of small
and large events in and around the Boston area.

• We can platter food in your own platters or
in black disposable trays.
• All Cocktail Party/Reception Menu orders need to be
placed at least one week in advance.

two days In advance.

placed after the deadlines.
